Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
